With more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry, I have built my career around understanding what travelers need and helping them navigate their journeys with greater ease, clarity, and peace of mind.
My name is Sheikh Asif Hussain, Founder of Glocal Travels, a travel agency based in Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan.
From Travel Industry Experience to Entrepreneurship
My journey in travel began with leading IATA travel agencies, where I gained hands-on experience in airline ticketing, reservations, international travel, visa requirements, and the day-to-day realities of the travel industry.
Over the years, I learned that good travel service is about much more than completing a booking. Travelers need accurate information, honest advice, attention to detail, and someone they can rely on when plans change.
These experiences shaped my understanding of the industry and eventually inspired me to build a travel business based on trust, professionalism, and personal service.
Why I Started Glocal Travels
I founded Glocal Travels in Dera Ghazi Khan with a simple vision: to provide professional and dependable travel services while treating every traveler as an individual. I did not want to create just another travel agency. I wanted to build a place where people feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
